Sonic Suns GENESIS

 

Commissioned by New Music Edmonton for its 2020-21 No Normal Season with the generous assistance of The Edmonton Arts Council. This was the first experiment created and released by Joynes which then manifested into the large-scale installation and exhibition Sonic Suns which premiered in 2023.

All sound visualizations created in studio by analog modular synthesizer programming amplified through a custom-built cymatics water tank.
